“十二五”中后期,我国就业同时面临供大于求总量矛盾和结构性矛盾,出现了招工难与就业难两难并行的复杂局面。在中央提出的稳增长、保就业宏观政策背景下,研究提高本科职业院校大学毕业生就业能力具有重要的现实意义。通过梳理就业能力相关理论与就业技能研究成果,重塑就业技能指标体系,提出本科职业院校毕业生核心就业能力培养模型和培养路径,为学校制定提升学生就业能力的政策与措施提供参考。
In the mid-to-late period of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, China’s employment faces both the total contradiction and the structural contradiction of supply exceeding demand, and the complicated situation in which recruitment is difficult and employment is difficult to co-exist. Under the background of steady growth and macroeconomic policy of employment protection proposed by the Central Committee, it is of great practical significance to study and improve the employability of university graduates in vocational colleges. By combing the related theories of employability and the research achievements of employment skills, we can reshape the employment skill index system, put forward the core employment ability training model and training path for undergraduates in vocational colleges, and provide references for the school to formulate policies and measures to enhance students’ employability.
