目的:比较乙醇沉淀和壳聚糖沉淀所制前愈颗粒剂的抑菌效果。方法:采用体外抑菌试验试管两倍稀释法。结果:壳聚糖沉淀制得的前愈颗粒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、α-溶血性链球菌及白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度小于或等于乙醇沉淀制得的前愈颗粒剂的最低抑菌浓度。结论:用壳聚糖沉淀制得的前愈颗粒剂的抑菌作用强于醇沉法制得的前愈颗粒荆。
Objective: To compare the antibacterial effect of Qiangyu Granules prepared by ethanol precipitation and chitosan precipitation. Methods: In vitro antibacterial test tube double dilution method. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentration of Qiangyu Granules prepared by precipitation of chitosan on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, α-hemolytic streptococcus and Candida albicans was less than or equal to that of ethanol precipitation The lowest antibacterial concentration of granules. CONCLUSION: The antibacterial activity of Qiangyu Granules prepared by precipitation with chitosan is stronger than that of Jingyu granules produced by alcohol precipitation.
