目的直接使用测汞仪,建立测定尿汞含量的新方法。方法采用热分解齐化法原子吸收法,直接测定尿中汞的含量。结果回归方程:A=0.046 62C;相关系数:R=0.999 9;线性范围0.20~12.5 ng;精密度1.2%~6.5%;样品加标回收率为92.8%;对尿汞标准物质测定9次,平均值为(32.0±0.8)μg/L,结果均在证书给出的不确定度范围内;对实际样品测定,进样量0.1 ml时,其结果均<0.46μg/L。结论该方法操作简便快速,各项指标可满足尿汞的测定。
Objective To directly use the mercury analyzer to establish a new method for the determination of mercury in urine. Methods Direct determination of mercury in urine by thermal decomposition and atomization atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The regression equation was: A = 0.046 62C; correlation coefficient: R = 0.999 9; linear range 0.20 ~ 12.5 ng; precision 1.2% ~ 6.5%; recovery rate of spiked sample was 92.8% The average value was (32.0 ± 0.8) μg / L. The results were within the range of the uncertainty given by the certificate. For the actual sample, the result was <0.46 μg / L when the injection volume was 0.1 ml. Conclusion The method is simple and quick to operate, and the indexes can meet the determination of urinary mercury.
