本试验采集西藏拉萨、林芝两地共55份藏鸡腹泻粪便,参照细菌的培养特性、生化鉴定,K-B纸片法以及PCR扩增技术对样品中沙门氏菌进行分离鉴定,特异性基因鉴定,并对分离菌株进行血清型分型以及常用抗生素药物敏感性检测。结果表明:55份样品中共分离出8株沙门菌,分离率为14.55%(8/55),其中甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌为优势血清型,占37.50%(3/8)。13种抗生素的药物敏感性试验结果为:8株分离菌株对8类广谱抗生素药物均表现出不同程度的耐药,多肽类和四环素类药物耐药率高达100%(8/8),喹诺酮类药物和氨基
