随着经济不断增速以及社会发展,我国国企运行结构也需要紧跟时代发展进程,其中关于国企工资制度转变的项目受到了社会各界的广泛关注,只有实现工资制度改革真正助力国企内部人员优化,才能有效提升改革措施的实效性。针对国企工资制度改革背景进行简要分析,并就国企工资制度中存在的弊端展开讨论,最后着重分析国企工资制度改革路径,旨在为改革监控人员提供有效的管理建议。
With the continuous economic growth and social development, the operating structure of state-owned enterprises in China also needs to keep pace with the development of the times. Among them, the project on changing the wage system in state-owned enterprises has drawn wide attention from all sectors of society. Only when the wage system reform truly helps the internal staff of state- Can we effectively enhance the effectiveness of the reform measures. A brief analysis is made on the reform background of the wage system in state-owned enterprises. The existing problems in the wage system of state-owned enterprises are discussed. Finally, the reform path of the wage system in state-owned enterprises is emphatically analyzed to provide effective management suggestions for the reform of the personnel in charge of the reform.
