目的分析2008-2014年南通市疟疾疫情以及消除疟疾工作进展情况,为调整疟疾防治措施、指导消除疟疾工作提供依据。方法收集2008-2014年南通市疟疾疫情资料及消除疟疾工作资料,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2008-2014年南通市累计报告疟疾305例,平均年发病率为0.57/10万。305例疟疾病例中,本地间日疟病例26例(8.52%),输入性病例279例(91.48%);男性占90.49%(276/305),年龄以青壮年为主,20~59岁占91.48%(279/305);全年均有病例发生,无明显季节性;输入性病例主要集中在海安县、海门市和通州区,分别为80、71例和41例,占全市输入性病例总数的68.82%(192/279)。自2011年起全市无本地感染疟疾病例报告,启东市、如东县、崇川区、开发区和港闸区已通过江苏省消除疟疾考核。结论 2008-2014年南通市疟疾病例以输入性病例为主,本地疟疾病例数大幅下降,2011-2014年已连续4年无本地感染疟疾病例报告;全市所辖9个县(市、区)中已有5个通过消除疟疾考核。今后应进一步加强输入性疟疾防治,继续推进全市消除疟疾工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of malaria in Nantong City during 2008-2014 and the progress of eliminating malaria, and to provide evidences for malaria prevention and control measures and guiding the elimination of malaria. Methods Data of malaria epidemic situation and malaria elimination work in Nantong City during 2008-2014 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 305 cases of malaria were reported from 2008 to 2014 in Nantong City, with an average annual incidence of 0.57 / 100,000. Of the 305 malaria cases, 26 (8.52%) were local malaria cases, 279 (91.48%) were imported cases and 90.49% (276/305) were male. The majority of young males were aged 20-59 years 91.48% (279/305). There were all cases in the year with no obvious seasonal. The imported cases were mainly concentrated in Haian County, Haimen City and Tongzhou District, which were 80, 71 cases and 41 cases respectively, accounting for the imported cases The total number of 68.82% (192/279). Since 2011, no local case of malaria infection has been reported in the city. Qidong, Rudong, Chongchuan, TEDA and Gangzha District have passed the assessment of malaria elimination in Jiangsu Province. Conclusion The cases of malaria in Nantong City during 2008-2014 were mainly imported and the number of local malaria cases dropped drastically. There was no reported case of locally-infected malaria for 4 consecutive years from 2011 to 2014. Among the 9 counties (cities and districts) under the jurisdiction of the city, Five have passed the malaria elimination assessment. In the future, imported malaria control should be further strengthened and the work of eliminating malaria in the city should be continued.
