在分析资源管理基本过程的基础上,通过对吉林省长春市46家新创企业和78家成熟企业进行问卷调研,对比分析了新创企业与成熟企业在资源管理过程上的差异,并结合现有理论成果对差异的产生原因进行了分析。对比分析的结果表明:在资源构建阶段,新创企业从外部获取资源比较困难,主要依赖于资源的内部积累;在资源整合阶段,新创企业的改进能力和创造能力均优于成熟企业;在资源利用阶段,与成熟企业相比,新创企业的资源利用能力相对较差。
Based on the analysis of the basic process of resource management, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 46 start-up companies and 78 mature companies in Changchun City, Jilin Province. The differences in the resource management process between new start-ups and mature companies were compared and analyzed. There are theoretical results to analyze the causes of the differences. The results of comparative analysis show that in the phase of resource construction, it is more difficult for start-ups to obtain resources from the outside, mainly relying on the internal accumulation of resources; in the stage of resource integration, the ability to improve and create new start-ups is better than that of mature enterprises; At the stage of resource utilization, compared with mature enterprises, the newly-created enterprises have relatively poor resource utilization capabilities.
