目的研究长柄扁桃种仁水煎液对高脂模型大鼠血脂和肝功能的影响。方法检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物酶(POD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione GSH-Px)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)的含量,并计算LDL-C/HDL-C比值和动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)。结果与高脂模型组比较,长柄扁桃种仁水煎液1.5 g/kg组能降低高脂血症大鼠的TC、LDL/HDL、AI、LDL-C、MDA和AST,升高SOD、POD和GSH-Px,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长柄扁桃种仁水煎液有一定的降血脂作用,同时具有降低LDL/HDL、AI值作用,能降低发生心血管疾病的危险性,且对肝脏有一定保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of long-stem almond seed oil decoction on blood lipid and liver function in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), superoxide dismutase (SOD) (MDA), peroxidase (POD), glutathione GSH-Px, ALT and AST were measured, and the levels of LDL-C / HDL-C ratio and atherosclerosis index (AI). Results Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group, 1.5 g / kg decoction of long-stem Almond seedling could reduce the levels of TC, LDL / HDL, AI, LDL-C, MDA and AST in hyperlipidemic rats, POD and GSH-Px, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The decoction of long-stem Almond seed has a certain hypolipidemic effect, and at the same time it has the effect of lowering LDL / HDL, AI, reducing the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and has a certain protective effect on the liver.
