目的:探讨领悟社会支持在压力源和钢铁公司职工心理健康关系中的调节效应。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法在河南省某钢铁公司抽取580名职工对其进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、压力源自测量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)的测试。主要采用相关分析和层次回归分析进行统计分析。结果:(1)领悟社会支持对压力作用于职工心理健康水平的调节作用显著(R2=0.047~0.623;P<0.05);(2)以SCL-90总分为参考依据,在面临高压力状态时高领悟社会支持职工的心理健康水平(173.22±17.14)比低领悟水平者(199.16±24.23)高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.414,P<0.05)。结论:领悟社会支持在压力源与钢司职工心理健康的关系中起着显著的调节效应。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the regulatory effect of social support on the relationship between stressors and employees’ mental health in steel companies. Methods: Stratified random sampling method was used to survey 580 employees in a steel company in Henan Province for symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), stress from the questionnaire and comprehension of social support questionnaire (PSSS). Mainly using correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis for statistical analysis. Results: (1) Comprehending the effect of social support on the mental health of employees was significantly (R2 = 0.047-0.623; P <0.05); (2) Based on the SCL-90 total score, The perceived social support workers’ mental health (173.22 ± 17.14) was higher than the low comprehension level (199.16 ± 24.23), the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.414, P <0.05). Conclusion: Perceiving social support plays a significant regulatory role in the relationship between stressors and employees’ mental health.
