油菜素内酯促进油菜种子无菌萌发,增大子叶,增多根数,使植株和根扭曲生长.但使鲜重降低,株高变矮,根变细。低浓度的BR(10~(-5)~10~(-1)ppm)促进子叶愈伤组织形成,高浓度则表现抑制作甩。10~(-4)~10~(-5)ppmBR促进经BR处理的子叶形成根,但降低未经BR处理的材料的生根率。BR10~(-3)~10~(-4)ppm诱导形成的愈伤组织较易分化出苗。BR对种子萌发的促进作用以及对愈伤组织诱导和分化的双重促进作用,对于开拓该激素应用的新领域将具有重要意义。
Brassinosteroids promoted the germination of rapeseed seeds asexually, increased cotyledons, increased number of roots, distorted growth of plants and roots, but reduced fresh weight, shorter plant height and thinner roots. Low concentrations of BR (10 -5 - 10 -1 ppm) promoted cotyledon callus formation, while high concentrations showed inhibition. 10 ~ (-4) ~ 10 ~ (-5) ppmBR promoted the root formation of BR-treated cotyledons but reduced the rooting rate of non-BR-treated materials. The callus induced by BR10 ~ (-3) ~ 10 ~ (-4) ppm was easier to differentiate and emerge. The promotion effect of BR on seed germination and the dual promotion of callus induction and differentiation will be of great significance for opening up new fields of application of the hormone.
