以M1代变异株(四倍体)金银花与对照株(二倍体)金银花的根尖为试材,分别对M1代变异株和对照株进行细胞学鉴定。结果表明:对照株金银花的核型为K=2n=2x=18=8m+8sm+2st;M1代变异株金银花的核型为K=2n=4x=36=16m+16sm+4st。M1代变异株的染色体数目增加1倍,证明为多倍体。
The M1 generation mutant (tetraploid) honeysuckle and control strain (diploid) honeysuckle root tips were used as material to identify the M1 generation and control strains respectively. The results showed that the karyotype of the honeysuckle was K = 2n = 2x = 18 = 8m + 8sm + 2st. The karyotype of the mutant of Lonicera japonica L. was K = 2n = 4x = 36 = 16m + 16sm + 4st. The number of chromosomes of M1 mutants doubled and proved to be polyploidy.
