矿产是制约我国经济发展的重要因素,在满足矿产产量的同时更要注意对采矿安全和环保问题的关注,这就要求国内采矿行业建立科学的采矿体系。随着我国发展状况不断向深水区迈进,建立科学高效的采矿模式直接关系到人类生产生活与自然生态环境的和谐可持续发展,通过在全国范围内推进科学采矿体系可实现对不同矿井的高效开采,为相关管理部门行政决策提高可量化操作的理论支持,实现采矿企业管理的实时有据。我国在矿产行业推进的改革措施已初见成效,因此在未来推进科学采矿核心工作就是从矿产开采技术方面体现科学性的内涵,通过对自然状况、生态要求、管理措施、经济效益等多个方面进行准确参考,实现科学采矿体系的有效构建。
