学校这个大家庭里生活着这样一群孩子,他们有的天生任性、不听劝说,有的自私冷漠、目无尊长,有的学习困难、敏感自卑,有的意志薄弱、畏难退缩,有的孤独无助、渴望亲情等等。为使每个孩子长大后都能成为对国家、对社会有用的人,作为基础教育的小学教师,我们肩负着重大的责任,下面谈谈我对不同孩子进行不同教育的几点体会。 There are such a group of children living in this large family in the school.
