目的：探讨腰椎后缘软骨结节的Ｘ线表现和平片对其显示能力。方法：回顾性分析了３９例腰椎后缘软骨结节的Ｘ线表现。结果：软骨结节表现为椎体后上或后下部局限性骨缺损或局部骨密度较低、椎体上缘或下缘后部轻度弧形凹陷或椎体后缘局限性缺如；软骨结节的骨性后壁表现为椎体后缘上部或下部后突或椎管内游离状骨块。结论：平片能显示多数腰椎后缘软骨结节。
Objective: To investigate the X-ray manifestations of lumbar posterior margin cartilage nodules and its ability to display plain film. Methods: X-ray findings of 39 cases of lumbar posterior cartilage nodules were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The cartilaginous nodules presented as limited posterior or posterior inferior bony defect or local low bone density, with slight arc-shaped depression or posterior edge of vertebral body lacking in the upper or lower edge of the vertebral body. The cartilage Nodular bony posterior wall showed the posterior edge of the superior or inferior tuberosity or spinal free bone mass. Conclusion: Plain film can show the majority of lumbar tracts cartilage nodules.
