简要介绍了目前世界各国对混合气体保护焊接用焊丝的研究概况。重点介绍了俄罗斯新推出的混合气体保护焊用焊丝CB-08Г2С-С的研制情况及其优越性。新研制的焊丝CB-08Г2С-С和原焊丝CB-08Г2С相比,具有电弧燃烧温和、飞溅少和焊缝成形好等优良的焊接工艺性,用该焊丝所焊焊件的焊缝强度和塑性较高,低温下冲击韧性良好,抗热裂纹形成稳定性较高。鉴于新焊丝优良的性能,推荐在钢结构混合气体保护全自动焊接中使用该新焊丝替代原来的CB-08Г2С焊丝。
This paper briefly introduces the current research situation of welding wire for gas-shielded welding in all countries in the world. The development situation and superiority of CB-08Г2С-С welding wire for new mixed gas protection welding introduced in Russia are mainly introduced. The newly developed welding wire CB-08Г2С-С compared with the original wire CB-08Г2С, with a mild arc combustion, less spatter and the formation of good welding weldability, with the welding wire weldment weld strength and plasticity High, low temperature impact toughness good, high thermal crack formation stability. In view of the excellent performance of new welding wire, it is recommended to use this new welding wire instead of the original CB-08Г2С welding wire in full-automatic welding of steel structure gas mixture.
