The translocation of t (14; 18) (q32; q21) is a characteristic alteration of lymph node follicular lymphoma in which the mutual translocation between the BCL-2 oncogene and immunoglobulin heavy chain (Ig H) results in BCL-2 protein overexpression. The authors conducted a retrospective analysis and follow-up of 53 patients with no history of lymph node lymphoma, of which 47 (89%) were primary cutaneous follicular centers and 6 (11%) were secondary cutaneous Within the follicular lymphoma. In order to understand the status of BCL-2 gene rearrangement and its significance in skin follicular lymphoma, we used fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) to detect BCL-2
