自1973～1982年,对57例输精管结扎术后引起的痛性结节,以强的松龙局部注射进行了观察,效果满意。现总结报告如下: 一、一般资料:年龄23～50岁,平均年龄36.5岁。病程最短者术后37天,最长者7年零8个月。大部分在术后1～2年内就诊。部位:双侧者13例,单侧者44例。 二、诊断标准:男扎接受术者术后感到结扎部位有不同程度的隐痛、坠痛、牵拉、腹痛、触痛,甚至放射到腹股沟及睾丸、下腹部及腰部,检查输精管结扎处可扪及明显触痛的结节。
