本文在总结国内外现有防突措施的基础上,提出了一种新的防止岩石与二氧化碳突出的局部措施——深孔控制卸压爆破。利用应力波、断裂力学理论对突出过程和条件进行分析,提出突出可分为两个过程。文章指出:防止岩石与二氧化碳突出的关键是阻止裂缝区的形成与扩展;深孔控制卸压爆破产生的爆破裂缝面与压缩粉碎圈,可以起到止裂和防突作用,防止或抑止了突出的孕育发生。通过现场试验证明,深孔控制卸压爆破是工艺简单、防突效果显著、易于推广的一种新的防突措施。
On the basis of summarizing the existing measures against outburst at home and abroad, this paper presents a new local measure to prevent the prominence of rock and carbon dioxide - deep-hole controlled relief blasting. Using stress wave and fracture mechanics theory to analyze the salient process and conditions, it is suggested that salient can be divided into two processes. The article points out that the key to prevent the prominence of rock and carbon dioxide is to prevent the formation and expansion of the fracture zone. The deep-hole controlled blasting fracture surface and compression smashing ring produced by the pressure-relief blasting can prevent and suppress the outburst and prevent or stop the prominence The birth occurred. It is proved by site test that deep-hole controlled pressure relief blasting is a new anti-outburst measure with simple process, obvious anti-outburst effect and easy to popularize.
