本文主要就时事热点问题结合我国产品质量法和农产品质量安全法中关于各自调整范围——产品与农产品的“加工”因素进行探讨与分析,并提出两者关于“加工”因素的不同之处。
This article mainly discusses and analyzes the hot issues of current affairs combining with the “processing” factors of our country’s product quality law and agricultural product quality safety law on their respective adjustment scopes - products and agricultural products, and puts forward that the two are related to the “processing” factors the difference.
