本文将丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)取代部分丙烯酸与异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚(IPEG)通过自由基共聚,合成出具有高保坍性能醚类聚羧酸减水剂。实验发现,丙烯酸羟乙酯替代36%的丙烯酸时合成的聚羧酸减水剂的保坍性能最好,释放时间适中,混凝土的坍落度保持性能优异。
In this paper, polyether polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high-slump properties was synthesized by radical copolymerization of part of acrylic acid and isoprenyl polyoxyethylene ether (IPEG) with hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA). The experimental results showed that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized by using hydroxyethyl acrylate instead of 36% acrylic acid had the best sludging performance, moderate release time and excellent slump retention performance.
