我国社会经济发展的过程中。国有企业发挥着极为重要的作用。但是,就目前而言,我国国有企业人力资源管理方面存在的问题,已经成为了制约企业改革和发展的关键因素。积极有效的人力资源管理不仅是确保国有企业改革顺利实现的关键,同时也是促进现阶段人力资源管理水平的重要手段,本文主要是就大型国有企业的人力资源管理与执行力的提升进行了研究和分析。
China’s social and economic development process. State-owned enterprises play an extremely important role. However, for the moment, the problems existing in the human resources management of the state-owned enterprises in our country have become the key factors restricting the reform and development of enterprises. Active and effective management of human resources is not only the key to ensuring the smooth implementation of state-owned enterprises reform, but also an important means to promote the level of human resources management at this stage. This paper mainly studies on the improvement of human resource management and execution in large state-owned enterprises analysis.
