目的:研究乳腺癌的超声表现与癌基因HER-2及抑癌基因P53的相关性。方法:经病理证实的364例乳腺癌,均行术前超声检查,术后进行免疫组化染色评价HER-2及P53的表达情况,并分析其与超声表现的相关性。结果:该组HER-2阳性表达率为28.02%(102/364),具有微钙化及血流分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级者,肿块HER-2阳性表达率高于不具有上述征像的肿块(P<0.05);肿块>2cm组及血流分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级组P53阳性率较高(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌的超声征像可以在一定程度上反映癌基因HER-2和抑癌基因P53的表达水平。
Objective: To study the correlation between the ultrasound manifestations of breast cancer and the oncogene HER-2 and tumor suppressor gene P53. Methods: 364 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were performed preoperative ultrasonography. Immunohistochemical staining was performed to evaluate the expression of HER-2 and P53. The correlation between the expression of HER-2 and P53 was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of HER-2 in this group was 28.02% (102/364). The positive rate of HER-2 in the tumor group with microcalcification and grade of blood flow was higher than those without <0.05). The positive rate of P53 in tumor> 2cm group and grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ blood flow group was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound signs of breast cancer can reflect the expression level of oncogene HER-2 and tumor suppressor gene P53 to a certain extent.
