我国康复治疗职业教育起步较晚,没有成功的办学经验,特别是老龄化大潮下对老年和残疾人康复人才培养及与之相关的课程设置更是近年所面对的难题,究竟以什么为核心作为课程设置的依据值得探讨。本文通过老龄化社会老年康复的特点,康复职业能力及职业能力要素的理解,提出康复治疗技术人才培养课程设置体系要以职业能力培养为核心,并就实现这一体系所要面对的问题作一思考,认为只要科学整合职业教育教学资源,合理配置课程、教材和师资,培养适应老龄化社会需求的高技能康复人才应该是可行的。
