以还原型辅酶Ⅱ-黄递酶组织化学法对大鼠和人肺组织内一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)进行定位研究.结果显示:NOS广泛分布于各级支气管、肺泡管和部分肺泡囊上皮细胞及肺血管内皮细胞内.但肺泡及血管中、外膜NOS呈阴性反应,且NOS在大鼠和人肺组织内分布无明显区别.从而提示一氧化氮在肺组织的生理和病理学功能上可能发挥着重要作用.
