本院从1990年1月至1996年6月在1715例体外循环(CPB)术后发生急性肾衰(ARF)15例,报告如下。 临床资料 15例CPB术后发生ARF患者包括心瓣膜替换7例,先天性心脏畸形纠治7例,腹主动脉瘤1例。中度低温(25～28℃)CPB下手术13例,深低温(20～23℃)低流量CPB下手术2例,病因分析及主要救治措施:(1)肾缺血2例。术前、术中均未发现合并主动脉弓离断,手术导致严重肾缺血、急性肾小管坏
The hospital from January 1990 to June 1996 in 1715 cases of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) after acute renal failure (ARF) in 15 cases, the report is as follows. Clinical data 15 cases of patients with ARF after CPB including cardiac valve replacement in 7 cases, 7 cases of congenital heart disease correction, abdominal aortic aneurysm in 1 case. Thirteen patients underwent CPB under moderate hypothermia (25 ~ 28 ℃) and 2 under low temperature (20 ~ 23 ℃) under low flow CPB. The etiological analysis and main treatment measures were as follows: (1) 2 cases of renal ischemia.
