目的:研究中药各类毒性成分内的毒机制和炮制减毒原理。方法:选取4种常见含毒性成分的中药作为研究对象,按照各100 g进行称取,平均分为2份,分别称为观察组与对照组,观察组将药材进行炮制减毒。结果:对照组山慈菇、草乌、吕宋果、白花曼陀罗中毒性成分的含量(μg/g)分别为:0.57、0.72、0.76、0.64;观察组经过炮制减毒后各成分对应下降为:0.22、0.37、0.28、0.34。观察组山慈菇、草乌、吕宋果、白花曼陀罗中毒性成分的含量均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明炮制减毒法能有效减少药物毒性。结论:依据中药内毒性成分的中毒机制,给予针对性的炮制减毒法效果非常显著,可有效减少中药内毒性成分。
Objective: To study the toxic mechanism of various toxic components of traditional Chinese medicine and the principles of processing and attenuating. Methods: Four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with toxic components were selected as the study objects, weighed according to 100 g each, divided equally into 2 parts, which were respectively called the observation group and the control group. The observation group processed and attenuated the herbs. Results: The contents of toxic components (μg / g) in the two groups were 0.57, 0.72, 0.76 and 0.64 respectively in the control group, Decline: 0.22,0.37,0.28,0.34. The contents of toxic components in the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05), indicating that the preparation of attenuated drugs method can effectively reduce the toxicity of drugs . Conclusion: According to the poisoning mechanism of the toxic components of traditional Chinese medicine, it is very significant to give the targeted concoction of attenuated drugs to reduce the toxic components of traditional Chinese medicine.
