综述新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)动物实验模型的建立方法。制备成功、稳定、可靠的动物模型是进行基础研究的前提条件,目前国内外新生儿HIBD的造模方法主要有:单纯缺氧法、结扎颈总动脉结合缺氧法、宫内感染合并缺氧缺血法、大脑中动脉闭塞法、宫内窘迫法。主要从实验动物的选择、实验方法的设计以及实验评价的标准三个方面来论述各造模方法的优缺点,并针对这些不足提出一些建议和展望。
To summarize the method of animal model of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD). The preparation of a successful, stable and reliable animal model is a prerequisite for basic research. At present, the modeling methods of HIBD at home and abroad mainly include simple hypoxia, ligating common carotid artery with hypoxia, intrauterine infection with hypoxia Ischemic, middle cerebral artery occlusion, intrauterine distress. Mainly from the choice of experimental animals, the design of experimental methods and experimental evaluation of the three aspects to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each modeling method, and to make some suggestions for these deficiencies and prospects.
