目的:探讨帕金森病(PD)患者的脑干听觉诱发电位及视觉诱发电位的电生理改变。方法:对75例PD患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位检测及51例PD患者进行视觉诱发电位检测。结果:PD患者BAEP异常率为42.6%,VEP异常率为66.7%,BAEP异常中以 V波潜伏期及Ⅲ-Ⅴ波间期延长为主;VEP异常中以P100潜伏期延长,波幅降低为显著。结论:PD是一种多系统侵犯的疾病,诱发电位可用作该病的客观检查指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the electrophysiological changes of brainstem auditory evoked potentials and visual evoked potentials in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Methods: Brainstem auditory evoked potentials were measured in 75 patients with PD and visual evoked potentials in 51 patients with PD. Results: The abnormal BAEP rate was 42.6% and the abnormal VEP rate was 66.7%. In BAEP abnormalities, the latency of V wave and the prolongation of Ⅲ-Ⅴ wave were the main. In the abnormal VEP, the latency of P100 was prolonged and the amplitude was decreased For the obvious. Conclusion: PD is a multi-system invasive disease, evoked potential can be used as one of the objective indicators of the disease.
