研究了一种添加稀土元素Y的Fecralloy(Fe 2 2Cr 5Al 0 .3Y)合金在 12 5 0℃静态空气中的循环氧化行为 ,采用SEM ,XRD及EDX分析技术研究了合金表面氧化膜的性质和特点。结果表明合金表面生成的氧化膜成分以α Al2 O3 为主 ,合金表面粗糙度对Fecralloy合金表面氧化膜的完整性有重要的影响。讨论了合金表面氧化膜开裂和剥落的特点
The cyclic oxidation behavior of a Fecralloy (Fe 2 2Cr 5Al 0 .3Y) alloy doped with rare earth element Y in static air at 125 ℃ has been studied. The properties of the oxide film on the surface of the alloy have been investigated by SEM, XRD and EDX techniques. Features. The results show that the composition of the oxide film on the surface of the alloy is dominated by α Al 2 O 3, and the surface roughness of the alloy has an important influence on the integrity of the oxide film on the surface of the Fecralloy alloy. The characteristics of oxide film cracking and spalling on the surface of alloy are discussed
