微博作为公众分享信息、发表观点、交流互动的重要平台,在突发危机事件中的作用和影响越来越突出,微博用户的媒介素养是决定微博影响力的关键因素。本文采集和统计新浪微博关于“天津8·12特大火灾爆炸事故”的相关数据,利用内容分析法从媒介使用、信息处理、媒介参与三个方面对该危机事件中的微博用户媒介素养进行考察。研究发现,不同类型微博用户的媒介素养存在差异,相互之间存在话语权的争夺现象。
Weibo, as an important platform for the public to share information, express opinions and exchange and interact, has become more and more prominent in the sudden crisis. The media literacy of weibo users is the key factor that determines the influence of Weibo. This article collects and counts the relevant data of Sina Weibo on the “Tianjin 8.2.12 Great Fire and Explosion Accident” and uses the content analysis method to analyze the Weibo users’ media in the crisis from three aspects: media use, information processing and media participation Literacy study. The study found that there are differences in the media literacy among different types of Weibo users, and there is a contention of discourse power among themselves.
