目的研究苦丁茶Ilex kudingcha叶的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、制备HPLC进行分离,通过波谱数据和理化性质进行化合物结构鉴定。结果共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为mateglycoside D(1)、咖啡酸甲酯(2)、香草醛(3)、没食子酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、对羟基苯甲醛(7)、阿魏酸(8)。结论化合物2、7为首次从冬青属植物中分离得到,化合物1、3、4、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Ilex kudingcha leaves. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, macroporous resin column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography and preparative HPLC. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as mateglycoside D (1), caffeic acid methyl ester (2), vanillin (3), gallic acid (4), caffeic acid , P-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7), ferulic acid (8). Conclusion Compounds 2 and 7 were isolated from the genus Ilex for the first time. Compounds 1, 3, 4 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
