以某高层SOHO建筑标准层为研究对象,借助数值模拟软件对比分析标准层火灾烟气蔓延过程对人员疏散安全性的影响。结果表明,仅遵照现行规范相关要求进行设计的机械排烟系统,即使能够有效开启,也难以保证起火层所有人员在有限的时间内安全疏散至防烟楼梯间。建设SOHO类建筑在执行排烟系统设计时应因地制宜,采取更为有效的加强措施。
Taking a high-rise SOHO building standard layer as the research object, using numerical simulation software to compare and analyze the influence of smoke spread process on the evacuation safety of the standard layer fire. The results show that the mechanical smoke exhaust system designed only in compliance with the relevant requirements of the current regulations can hardly ensure that all personnel in the fire floor can be safely evacuated to the smoke-protecting stairwells within a limited period of time even if they can be effectively opened. The construction of SOHO buildings should be based on local conditions when implementing the design of smoke extraction systems, and more effective measures should be taken.
