语文老师要有一颗敏感的心,对语言文字要有独特的感觉,即独特的语感,包括对人生的独特感悟;能敏锐地捕捉生活中的语文现象,使自己由教材的使用者转变为教材的建设者;在平时的阅读中能有针对性地积累教学素材,自觉提高语文素养;能敏锐地发现问题,冷静思考,不人云亦云;要善于捕捉学生发言中的闪光点,不一味廉价鼓励,要善于引导学生对问题作出客观评价。
The teacher of language should have a sensitive heart, and must have a unique feeling of language and words, namely a unique sense of language, including a unique understanding of life; be able to keenly capture the language phenomenon in life, and transform himself into a teaching material from the user of the teaching materials. The builders can accumulate teaching materials in a timely manner in reading, and consciously improve Chinese language accomplishments; they can find problems sensitively, think calmly, and do not carelessly; they must be good at capturing the brilliant points in the students’ speeches, and they should not just encourage them. Be good at guiding students to make an objective assessment of the problem.
