教师以“教”为目的去研究知识和学生以“学”为目的去获取知识有着本质的区别。“教”的前提是对知识地透彻理解和整体把握,结果是运用自如。教师要变换学生的角色,让学生由学转变到教,成为学习的策划者,但学生毕竟学习任务繁重,时间精力有限,不适合完成过于繁重的任务。据此经过多次探索,笔者认为:教师做好课堂环节策划,把握整体进程、方向,并提供素材、任务给学生,让学生做具体内容的策划,引导学生不只接受知识,而是去研究知识,设计知识。这样的转变改观了课堂的模式和氛围,效果颇佳。
