目的了解深圳市食品添加剂和非食用物质使用情况,为加强食品安全监督管理提供科学依据。方法按照2012年深圳市食品安全风险监测计划,随机采集粮食制品、熟肉制品、泡菜及凉拌菜等14类食品开展食品添加剂(苯甲酸、山梨酸等)、非食用物质(硼砂、溴酸钾等)项目的检测。结果共检测食品样品1 910件,1 818件合格,合格率95.18%;检出食品添加剂和非食用物质的有448件,检出率为23.46%。结论深圳市食品添加剂和非食用物质超标率较低,但检出率较高,应采取针对性措施,以提高食品安全性。
Objective To understand the use of food additives and non-food substances in Shenzhen and provide a scientific basis for strengthening food safety supervision and management. Methods According to the food safety risk monitoring plan of Shenzhen in 2012, food additives (benzoic acid, sorbic acid and so on), non-edible substances (borax, potassium bromate and so on) were randomly collected on 14 kinds of food including grain products, cooked meat products, Project testing. Results A total of 1 910 pieces of food samples were tested and 1818 pieces were qualified with a pass rate of 95.18%. There were 448 pieces of food additives and non-food substances detected, with a detection rate of 23.46%. Conclusion The excess rate of food additives and non-food substances in Shenzhen is relatively low, but the detection rate is relatively high. Targeted measures should be taken to improve food safety.
