首先阐述在恶劣环境下的工业生产中采用成象光谱法来监测温场分布的理由 ,然后结合面阵 CCD成象技术和数字图象处理方法 ,选用恰当的波长搭配 ,进行合理的设计 ,研制出新的成象光谱数字图象温场监测装置。利用黑体的标定证实理论和设计的正确性 ,并在现场测试中取得满意的结果。
Firstly, the reason of using the imaging spectroscopy to monitor the temperature field distribution in industrial production under harsh environment is described. Then, with the combination of area array CCD imaging technology and digital image processing method, the appropriate wavelength is selected for proper design and development A new imaging temperature field image digital image monitoring device. The calibration of the blackbody is used to confirm the correctness of the theory and design, and the satisfactory result is obtained in the field test.
