1967年以来,我厂与洛阳拖拉机厂等单位合作,开始试验低淬钢,先后在大、小电炉试炼了12炉,钢种有60D,65D,60DAl,60DR。1976年为了摸清锰、硅含量对低淬钢的影响,在430公斤感应炉试炼了3炉。同年又在90吨平炉试生产2炉60D 钢,轧成(?)150毫米钢材156吨,交洛阳拖拉机厂使用。一、试制的低淬钢化学成份平炉冶炼的热轧或锻制成φ150毫米低淬钢60D 棒料的化学成份(%)应为:C 0.57~0.64,Si≤0.37,Mn≤0.20,Ti 0.02~0.09,P≤0.040,S≤0.040,Cu≤0.20。
Since 1967, our factory cooperated with Luoyang Tractor Factory and other units to start trial of low quenched steel. In the large and small electric furnace, 12 furnaces were trialled with 60D, 65D, 60DAl and 60DR. In 1976 in order to find out the impact of manganese and silicon content on low quenched steel, three kilns were tested in a 430 kg induction furnace. In the same year, 90 tons of flat furnace trial production of 2 furnace 60D steel, rolled into (?) 150 mm steel 156 tons, cross-Luoyang tractor factory. First, the chemical composition of low-quenched steel trial flattening smelting hot or forged into φ150 mm low quenched steel 60D bar composition (%) should be: C 0.57 ~ 0.64, Si ≤ 0.37, Mn ≤ 0.20, Ti 0.02 ~ 0.09, P≤0.040, S≤0.040, Cu≤0.20.
