目的:观察小剂量氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)与顺铂(DDP)、羟基喜树碱(HCPT)组成的FDH方案静脉给药联合腹腔深部热疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:CF100mg/d,静脉滴注,第1～5天、第8～12天;5-Fu250mg/d,持续静脉滴注4h,第1～5天、第8～12天;DDP10mg/d,静脉滴注,第1～5天、第8～12天;HCPT5mg/d,静脉滴注,第l～5天。腹腔深部热疗采用HY-7000型射频治疗机,化疗第一天开始,隔日一次,6次为一疗程。28天为一周期。方法:CR0例,PR9例,NC5例,PD1例,缓解率(CR+PR)60.0%。平均生存时间6.7个月。生存质量改善者12例,稳定者3例。结论:小剂量DDP、HCPT联合5-FU持续静脉滴注联合腹腔深部热疗是治疗晚期胃癌的有效、安全的方案,能明显改善患者生活质量,为晚期胃癌特别是无法耐受常规剂量化疗患者争取了接受治疗的机会,值得进一步研究应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of intravenous FDH regimen combined with low-dose 5-Fu with cisplatin (DDP) and hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer, especially patients who can not tolerate conventional chemotherapy For the opportunity to receive treatment, it is worth further study and application.
