目的:研究百令胶囊调节小鼠细胞免疫作用及体液免疫作用及其机制。方法:将小鼠分为空白对照组、模型对照组、治疗组,制作甲状腺滤泡癌模型小鼠,观察百令胶囊对各组小鼠的T淋巴细胞亚群和甲状腺结合球蛋白抗体(TGAb)水平、兔抗小鼠Ig抗体(SmIg)值的影响。结果;:模型对照组的TGAb测定值、SmIg值均较空白对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而治疗组的值低于模型对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型对照组的T细胞群(CD_3~+、CD_4~+、C_4~+/CD_8~+)均较空白对照组有明显降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);而治疗组的值高于模型对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊可抑制甲状腺肿瘤的生长,而其机制可能为通过免疫学影响。
Objective: To study the effect of Bailing capsule on cellular immunity and humoral immunity in mice and its mechanism. Methods: The mice were divided into blank control group, model control group and treatment group. Thyroid follicular carcinoma model mice were made. The effects of Bailing capsule on T lymphocyte subsets and thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb ) Levels, rabbit anti-mouse Ig antibody (SmIg) values. Results: The values of TGAb and SmIg in the model control group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group (P <0.01), while those in the treatment group were lower than those in the model control group (P <0.05) The number of T cell population (CD_3 ~ +, CD_4 ~ +, C_4 ~ + / CD_8 ~ +) in the control group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group (P <0.05) The model control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bailing Capsule can inhibit the growth of thyroid tumors, and its mechanism may be through the influence of immunology.
