目的通过检测大学生考试前后唾液中黏膜相关上皮趋化因子(mucosa-associated epithelia chemokine,CCL28/MEC)与分泌型免疫球蛋白A(secretory immunoglobin A,sIgA)含量的变化,探讨考试应激对口腔黏膜免疫功能的影响。方法收集37名大学生(17名大二女生,10名大三男生和10名大三女生,后两者分别设为男生组和女生组)考试前后的非刺激性全唾液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测唾液中CCL28与sIgA水平的变化。结果考后37名学生唾液中CCL28与sIgA的吸光度值低于考前水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女生组比男生组的考试前后唾液CCL28水平的变化更显著(P<0.05);女生组考试前后唾液中CCL28水平的变化比sIgA更为明显(P<0.05),而男生组考试前后唾液中两指标间变化的差异不明显。结论考试应激能促进唾液中sIgA与CCL28水平的升高,女性比男性更容易受考试应激的影响。
Objective To detect the changes of salivary mucosa-associated epithelial chemokine (CCL28 / MEC) and secretory immunoglobin A (sIgA) levels in college students before and after their exams, Impact of immune function. Methods The non-irritating whole saliva of 37 college students (17 sophomore girls, 10 seniors and 10 seniors, the latter two being male and female students respectively) were collected before and after the test. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Test to detect salivary CCL28 and sIgA levels. Results The absorbance values of CCL28 and sIgA in saliva of 37 students after the test were lower than those of the pre-test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) ). The changes of CCL28 level in saliva of girls before and after the examinations were more obvious than that of sIgA (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in saliva before and after the boys’ exams. Conclusion Exam stress can promote sIgA and CCL28 levels in saliva, and women are more susceptible to test stress than men.
