龙眼肉、枸杞子、山茱萸、黄芪、刺五加是重要的补气养血类中药,配伍合用可发挥生物应答调变效应,增强和调节机体的免疫功能。为了减少提取过程中的有效成分的损失,本研究采用不同的方法提取这五种中药,考察了温度、时间、药材粒度及溶剂等对提取工艺的影响,结果发现采用冷提1次,80℃提取2次,100℃提取2次,总共提取10h,总黄酮提取率可达98%。
Longan meat, medlar, dogwood, Astragalus, Acanthopanax is an important qi nourishing traditional Chinese medicine, compatibility can play a biological response to the modulation effect, enhance and regulate the body’s immune function. In order to reduce the loss of the active ingredients in the extraction process, different methods were used to extract the five traditional Chinese medicines. The effects of temperature, time, particle size and solvents on the extraction process were investigated. The results showed that using cold extraction one time and 80 ℃ Extraction 2 times, 100 ℃ extraction 2 times, a total of 10h, the total flavonoids extraction rate of up to 98%.
