目的:应用放射性生物微球测量器官组织血流量的方法,观察大承气汤对急性细菌性腹膜炎家兔主要脏器血流量的影响。方法:实验中应用一种改良的99mTc标记蛙红细胞的方法,用LKB1620γ记数器测定各主要器官的放射性,计算出其血流量。结果:中药治疗组家兔的腹腔大部分脏器血流较腹膜炎组明显增加(P<0.01)尤其是肾血流量成倍增加,为模型组的47倍,且间接增加肝脏血流。结论:大承气汤对急性细菌性腹膜炎机体功能的改善、肝脏的代谢功能和肾脏排毒功能的提高起相当重要的作用,为大承气汤治疗细菌性腹膜炎有效性提供了一个重要依据
Objective: To observe the effects of Dachengqi Decoction on the blood flow of major organs of rabbits with acute bacterial peritonitis by using radioactive microspheres to measure the blood flow of organs. METHODS: A modified 99mTc-labeled frog erythrocyte was used in the experiment. The radioactivity of each major organ was measured using the LKB1620 gamma counter and the blood flow was calculated. RESULTS: The blood flow of most organs in abdominal cavity of rabbits in the Chinese herb treatment group was significantly higher than that in the peritonitis group (P<0.01), especially renal blood flow increased exponentially, which was 47 times of the model group, and indirectly increased liver blood. flow. Conclusion: Dachengqi Decoction plays an important role in improving the body function of acute bacterial peritonitis, the metabolic function of the liver and the detoxification function of the kidney. It provides an important basis for the effectiveness of Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of bacterial peritonitis.
