湖南某高校退休教职工营养知识态度行为调查

目的了解湖南某高校退休教职工的营养知识、态度和饮食行为,为制订有效措施,改善湖南高校退休教职工营养健康状况提供决策依据。方法采用自行设计的营养知识、态度、行为调查问卷,随机抽样某高校165名退休教职工。结果大学退休教职工营养知识、态度、饮食行为3者呈正相关(P<0.05)。营养知识的平均及格率为73.99%,其中退休教师及格率为83.51%,退休工人及格率为64.47%,营养态度认同率为82.07%,饮食行为在口味偏咸、服用营养补充剂等面差异具有统计学意义。结论高校退休教职工掌握营养基础知识总体虽然较好,但如何合理营养、平衡膳食、促进健康等方面的知识还比较缺乏,应采取以电视广播为主,报纸、报刊、杂志为辅,社区宣传栏和专业讲座等其他媒体配合的综合性传播策略,加强营养知识宣传教育,并通过营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)动态监测,改善高校退休教职工营养态度和饮食行为,提高退休教职工营养健康状况,预防和控制其慢性病的发生。 Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge, attitude and eating behaviors of retired staff in a university in Hunan Province, and to provide decision-making basis for formulating effective measures and improving nutrition and health of retired faculty in Hunan. Methods Self-designed nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire were used to randomly select 165 retirees from a certain university. Results There was a positive correlation between nutritional knowledge, attitude and diet among retired college staff (P ​​<0.05). The average passing rate of nutrition knowledge was 73.99%, of which, the passing rate of retired teachers was 83.51%, the passing rate of retired workers was 64.47%, and the recognition rate of nutritional attitude was 82.07%. The differences of eating behavior between savory tastes and nutritional supplements had Statistical significance. Conclusion Although the basic knowledge of nutrition for retired faculty members in colleges and universities is good overall, the knowledge of how to rationally nourish, balance diet and promote health is still relatively scarce.
