市政工程中顶管工作并常采用沉井的结构形式。沉井的下沉及封底计算是沉井设计中非常重要的内容,计算是否合理直接影响到后续的施工质量及安全。本文结合某顶管工作井的设计实例,分别计算了其下沉系数及封底混凝土厚度。重点对沉井水下封底混凝土厚度的计算进行了探讨,并整理出了新的推导公式,该公式考虑了截面厚度对截面抵抗矩塑性影响系数的影响,因此计算结果更合理,与现有规程中公式的计算结果相比,封底厚度有所增加。本文同时给出了不同封底厚度的计算系数K值,供设计同行参考。
Municipal engineering pipe jacking work and often used caisson structure. Caisson sinking and back cover calculation is a very important part of caisson design. Whether the calculation is reasonable or not has a direct impact on the subsequent construction quality and safety. Based on the design example of a pipe jacking working well, the subsidence coefficient and the thickness of back cover concrete are calculated respectively. This paper focuses on the calculation of the thickness of the bottom sealing concrete in open caisson, and formulates a new derivation formula which takes into account the influence of cross-section thickness on the plasticity influence coefficient of cross-section resistance moment. Therefore, the calculation result is more reasonable, Compared with the calculation results in the formula, the back cover thickness has increased. This paper also gives the calculation of different thickness of the back cover K value for the design peer reference.
