在信号检测中不可避免地存在噪声,被测信号往往是被噪声搞得很模糊的微弱信号,因此,噪声的抑制对微弱信号检测有着重要意义.例如在红外和紫外光谱仪、核磁共振、电子顺磁共振、俄歇电子谱仪、质谱仪、光声光谱仪、光电子能谱仪等表面分析仪器中都需要利用锁定放大和取样平均等微弱信号检测技术.在电化学测量、气(液)相色谱、荧光分析等测量中微弱信号检测技术也不可缺少.下面仅以电化学为例说明微弱信号检测技术的应用.
