为确保送温暖资金的规范使用,我们根据《中华全国总工会送温暖工程资金管理使用办法》及县总年初的工作计划,对县总及所属的14个镇级工会以及18个系统工会2007年至2008年送温暖资金的收、支状况进行了调查,并到户对镇、系统工会资助款发放情况进行了核查,对全县送温暖资金的状况及存在的问题有了较为系统的了解,具体情况如下:一、两年中送温暖资金收支情况县总工会下辖3个镇级总工会、11个镇级工会、18个系统工会,两年内,县总及所属的镇、系统工会按照《中华全国总工会送温暖工程资金管理使用办法》的要求,采取多渠道、多形式,社会化筹集资金的原则,主要以党政机关、企事业单位、社会团体的捐赠,全县工会会员每人捐助一日工资,上级和本级工会拨款以及政府支持等多种方式筹集到送温暖资金359万元。
