我厂系自行车专业厂,生产中有很多特殊零件,如碗形、盘形等零件的加工,过去全部是在普通车床上加工,劳动强度高,产量低,质量差。在生产新高潮中,我厂金工车间技革小组全体同志,树立攀登世界技术高峰、赶超国内外先进水平的雄心壮志,敢于突破框框,发扬独创精神,在领导、技术人员和工人的三结合下,经过数月的研究和实践,将普通车床改装成加工特殊形状零件的全自动车床。现已应用到轴碗零件车弹槽、平面、倒角工序;前叉碗零件车内圆、弹槽、平面、倒角工序;中轴碗零件车大小外圆工序;平絲档零件车毛弹槽、平面、外圆工序;飞轮心子零件车外圆、平面工序等(图1为部分零件的加工举例)。
