目前,双冠醚的合成与应用发展很快,尤其是作为离子选择电极的中性载体,双冠醚已显示出其优越性,作者曾对3’-正十五烷基苯并(二苯并)冠醚作了较详细的叙述。 3’-正十五烷基苯并冠醚分子中带有脂溶性长链烷基,用于制作钾离子选择电极,其电极性能极为良好。3’-正十五烷基苯并冠醚是以3-正十五烷基邻苯二酚(俗称饱和漆酚)为原料合成的。为了进一步利用我国的生漆资源和开发其应用范围,以便改进电极性能和研究中性载体结构和性能的关系,我们设计并合成了3’-正十五烷基-5’-硝基-苯并-15-冠-5(1)、3’-正十五烷基-5’-氨基-苯并-15-冠-5(2)和十种双酰胺双(3’-正十五烷基-苯并-15-冠-5)(3a—3j),其合成路线如下:
