患者男 ,7周岁。因不慎被狗咬伤面部 ,于当日下午 1时 30分来我院口腔科要求治疗。专科检查 :Ｔ36 .7℃ ,Ｐ86次 ｍｉｎ ,青少年男性 ,神志清楚 ,精神可 ,哭闹 ,发育营养良好 ,自觉体位 ,查体不合作。左侧眼眶下区皮肤呈不规则横撕裂伤口约 4ｃｍ左右 ,左侧唇面沟区横撕裂伤口
