新加坡对辅助警察的管理,主要采取履职管理和纪律管理两个方面的措施。一方面,在履职管理中,通过考试、培训、薪金、福利、结社、晋升等方面的规定,为辅助警察顺利履行职责提供优越条件。另一方面,在纪律管理中,通过设定违纪行为、犯罪行为的客观表现、责任方式、处理程序,严格约束辅助警察的各种行为。履职管理为保证辅助警察顺利履行职责,警察法、辅助警察条例对辅助警察的考试、培训、薪金、福利等均作出原则
Singapore’s management of the auxiliary police mainly adopts the measures of performance management and disciplinary management. On the one hand, in the performance management, the provisions of the examination, training, salary, welfare, association and promotion provide favorable conditions for assisting the police to perform their duties smoothly. On the other hand, in disciplinary management, various acts of assisting the police are strictly controlled by setting off disciplinary offenses, objective manifestations of criminal acts, responsibilities and procedures. Duty Management To ensure the smooth functioning of the Auxiliary Police, the Police Act and the Auxiliary Police Ordinance make the following provisions for the Auxiliary Police: examinations, training, salaries and benefits
